A cricket player needs a jersey, often an additional sweater and long trousers. The shoes are white and usually have a particular profile, even shoes for Bowler Spikes. In test match is white clothing is required; in One-Day Cricket, at least among professionals, almost always in colorful clothing played the game, previously often referred to as "pajama cricket" sneer.

Each batsman has, of course, a club and takes protective equipment. The most important piece of protective clothing are certainly the pads to his legs before a huge force to protect the ball incident.
